About Me 

Shane McCrory is currently in his 5th year of study in the Architectural Engineering Program at Penn State University. In May 2018, he will graduate with a Bachelors of Architectural Engineering degree, with a focus in Construction. Shane Is a member of a number of professional and student organizations including the Student Society of Architectural Engineers and S:PACE. 

During the past two summers, Shane took part in a construction internship with James G. Davis Construction Corporation, which is a regional general contractor in the District, Maryland and Virginia. These past two summer have provided him with immeasurable amounts of knowledge and insight. Shane intends to continue working with Davis after he graduates in May.

Outside of school, Shane is also involved in several University activities. For the past year and a half Shane has worked as a personal trainer in the Penn State Fitwell system. Shane has also been a mentor and men-tee  through the Student Society of Architectural Engineers (SSAE). He has also given tours to perspective AE students through the engineering buildings as apart of SSAE. Shane enjoys Hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, and rock climbing in his free time.
